Whether you’re a new or experienced leader, the Small Group Power Up is for you! This session is designed to prepare you for the Fall Group Launch happening on September 20.This training will equip you to lead your group with confidence, care for your members well, and set you up for a successful semester.
We'll review important leadership expectations, share practical tools and resources, and make sure you have everything you need before groups launch.
Serve Day is a chance for us, the local church, to go into our community and love our neighbors in a practical way. As we serve, our prayer is that hearts will be opened to the love of Jesus.
Our Serve Day webpage already has several projects listed but we're always looking for more. Click the link below to sign up for a project or to lead a project. Whether it's working in a yard, painting a room, praying at schools, or passing out cookies in the community, we'd love the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus to someone in need. Jesus’ parents dedicated Him to God (Luke 2:22–40) when he was a child. With a heart to follow this Biblical model, we also offer the opportunity for you to dedicate your children. At Child Dedication, parents publicly commit to help their child grow in their faith and to raise them in a home centered on Jesus. Our team also prays over each family. We’d love for your family to be part of this special time.
Child Dedication takes place during our 10am service. You are required to attend a Parent dedication class 30 minutes before the 1o am service.
Have you been waiting for your moment to declare your love for Jesus through baptism? Baptism is an outward expression of what you have already decided in your heart- that you have given your life to Christ! If you are ready to make that public declaration, then get started by making plans to attend our next baptism weekend on Sunday, October 4. Please note that we will host a baptism class the Sunday before baptism on Sunday, September 27. This class must be attended before getting baptized. Learn more about baptism and registration here.

This event will be held in the activity center directly after service. Please finish up your "serve" and then come to the activity center for lunch and training. Childcare will be provided for ages nursery- 5th grade.
Celebrate Summer’s End with us at Pelican Harbor, a local water park here in Bolingbrook. It will be a great night of fun for the whole family! You can pack a dinner or bring a cooler of snacks for your fam!
There will be water slides, a lazy river, volleyball, and we're even going to host a special baptism service during the event! If you are ready to take your next step and get baptized, you can register for baptism when you sign up for Pelican Harbor Night below.
The cost is $6 each and there is a max of $24 for families of 4 or more! Those being baptized get in for free!
If you have been thinking about hosting a small group but have never led one before, you need to be at our upcoming New Group Leader training. On Saturday, August 1, directly after First Saturday Prayer, we will meet to prepare all our new Group Leaders for our Fall Group Launch (September 20th). You will receive training, be able to ask questions, hear ideas on how to host a group, and leave feeling equipped to lead. We can't wait to see you there!

We are celebrating our diversity by hosting a fun-filled, meal-sharing event outdoors! The Men's Ministry is providing the All-American, summer staple of hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill. You are asked to sign up to bring a dish to share that celebrates your heritage or tradition. It can represent the country you hail from or the region of the US where you grew up. We can't wait to taste your favorite dish!

7 Days of Prayer + Fasting is a time where, as a church, we intentionally seek God every day in prayer as we believe for Him to move in powerful ways. 7 Days of Prayer will be held Saturday , January 4th- Friday, January 10th.

Get Ready for a Sweet Adventure at The Candy Game Show!
Children from Kindergarten through 5th grade will participate in interactive game shows packed with laughter, prizes, and of course—tons of candy! It’s a fun way for kids to learn God’s Word while having the sweetest time of the year. Nursery and preschool classrooms will also be open during this time, providing a safe and fun place for your younger kids.
Join us on Sunday, October 26 at 10 AM for one special service. Kids will experience the Candy Game Show in Kids’ Church, while parents gather in the main auditorium for a powerful time of worship in God’s presence.

Missionary Kurt Plagenhoef will be hosting a special healing service at 6pm. We are expecting God to move in a powerful way, so invite your unsaved friends and those in need of healing and make plans to join us!
Kurt & Stephanie Plagenhoef have served as missionaries to unreached people in Albania and the Balkans since 1994. They led in the founding of the Albania Assemblies of God, Evangelical Theological College, local churches, and the missions department of the national church. In 2023, they launched a new initiative called BalkanREACH for prayer, evangelism, revival and church planting among the least reached people of Europe.
