CURRENT PRAYER REQUESTS

Please take some time to pray over some of the prayer requests submitted to Living Water in the past few weeks. If you would like to submit a prayer request, fill out the prayer request form above.

  • Prayer for salvation

  • Lord we pray against intrusive thoughts, we take our thoughts captive and make them obedient to Christ. Renew our minds Heavenly Father, reminding us to stay focused on Your word.

  • Please pray for my 18-year-old daughter to mature much this summer and for me to push her in growth and achievement and perseverance.

  • Chuck got home from hospital and is not doing well. We need wisdom, strength and patience. our daughter Christina is planning to stay here over night.

  • For 80 year old Lise, to feel better, not discouraged, not down. She needs help living at home, always been independent and strong. For her hips and back to be healed from pain, her breathing to be easy and light. If she's supposed to go in a home, for it to be a great experience for her, not a sad one.

  • A young child named Natalie, is less than a month old and was diagnosed with terminal Cancer. Please pray for this child’s deliverance and recovery from the sickness. Only God can cure this child.

  • Requesting prayer to remain steadfast, unmovable and abundantly bound within Christ. Intercede for protection of God’s people and His holy house.

  • The kids and I are still homeless and hotel hopping. C. was in the hospital 3 weeks ago with an infection that almost led to sepsis. The Joliet Housing Authority dropped our family. Please pray for us.

  • Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I lift up A. before You. May you bring order to the marriage and the entire family, as well as their finances. In Jesus name we pray healing over the child in this family. Prayers for a safe home filled with peace, good health, and God’s love.

  • Please pray for Jaime Bailey who went to the hospital last week with stroke symptoms. She is only 50 and has lived in a nursing home for years. Please pray for her healing and that she will serve the Lord. Thank you

  • The Bolingbrook Health Clinic (at Compass Church Bolingbrook) has lost their government funding and are in need of additional sources to meet the needs of those without insurance in our area. Please pray that funding will be provided.

Prayer Requests from the missionaries we support:

Convoy of Hope is one of our missions partners and they are “Boots on the ground” in Jamaica after the devastating hurricane. Here are ways that Convoy of Hope would like to partner with us in prayer for this island:

  • Pray for those impacted by Hurricane Melissa. Pray they would lean into God, their refuge and strength, their ever-present help in trouble. Pray they would find comfort in their Savior.

  • Pray for the local Church. The Church has the unique opportunity to show up for their community, carry the burdens of those around them, and truly show them the love of Christ. Pray for believers in Jamaica to have endurance and courage.

  • Pray Jamaica recovers quickly. Pray for their local agencies, organizations, and businesses. Pray they can rebuild their infrastructure so communities have resources like hospitals, schools, and churches.

  • Pray for peace across the land. In the chaos of a disaster’s aftermath, supply chains are disrupted, communication lines are down, and people are just trying to make it day to day. Pray for peace among neighbors. Pray for safety for those in shelters.

Our missionaries have prayer requests too. AGWM (Assemblies of God World Missions) post new prayer requests from missionaries around the world every Monday. If you love to pray, be sure to click the link below and pray for the needs of missionaries, regional leaders, and Pastors who are in need of a move from God and want to see their local communities changed!
