CURRENT PRAYER REQUESTS
Please take some time to pray over some of the prayer requests submitted to Living Water in the past few weeks. If you would like to submit a prayer request, fill out the prayer request form above.
At work, my spouse frequently causes issues with coworkers. God, please show us mercy so that our child won't have to endure suffering due to my husband's challenging nature. Prayers needed for peace with his colleagues and workplace and that he won't be layed off
Please pray for my mom. I just found out from my sister that she may had a stroke. Pray for me to get a well-paying job near my home. Pray for my sister Nana and her health.
Can you please pray that God would change me and I would be radically saved and serve him with my whole heart? I need a miracle Thank you very much
Can you please pray for Jim? That God would give him peace and protect him from cancer? The doctor is concerned about a lump on his lung. Can you please pray for his radical salvation too? Thank you
Thank you for taking the time to pray. Please pray for my boyfriend, and his family. He is from Indonesia and grew up Muslim. We’ve been together for a year and I’ve seen God’s hand in our relationship, he has shown me love, respect and support in my faith, encouraging me to pray and lean on God. We both desire marriage, but we know we must be united in our faith first. My prayer is that , his mother, his brothers and his aunt will come to know Jesus Christ personally and experience His love, healing and truth. Their family has endured deep hurt from past betrayal and I pray that Jesus, the faithful Father, fills those wounds and brings restoration. I long to see their hearts transformed, their family reconciled and for my boyfriend and I to one day build a Christ-centered marriage that breaks generational chains and sets a foundation of faith for future generations.
I'd like prayer for my grandson, Logan. He just got information that there's something going on in his brain. He's got cancer since he's 12 and he's 18 right now. He's only 100 pounds on feeding tube. He's on the liquids. He hasn't got much going for him right now, and I need prayer for him. His mom needs prayer for him. Thank you.
Asking for prayers for my upcoming full thyroidectomy, October 15th. Anxious because I've never had a surgery, but knowing My God is thee greatest physician! I pray for a quick recovery, too. I will still be in attendance even if I cannot speak! Thank you so very much and God bless. - Jamie
Please pray for Helen's sister Pat. Pat attended Living Water for many years before moving ut of state. She has been in a nursing home for several years now. She was taken to the hospital with low blood pressure and drifting in and out of consciousness. Please pray for her healing and the family.
My spouse does not hold any religious beliefs. He has been temporarily laid off from his job until further notice. He has begun engaging in stock trading with our savings, resulting in a significant loss. Despite my attempts to explain that these savings are intended for our child's education, he insists that it is merely money. In the past, he has financially devastated us on two occasions, leading to the loss of our home and all our possessions. I seek prayers for the safeguarding of our family, that God may grant my husband the wisdom to make sound decisions, and that He would restore him to a stable job while protecting our family from complete ruin.
Pray for my mom. She was very sick last week and is feeling weak. Pray for me going to the doctor. I haven't been there in a while and am a little scared of what will happen. Pray for financial and physical health healing. Pray for forgiveness of my sins and for me to find a good paying job near my home.
For my marriage, things are not going well.
Please pray for Jesus and Luis for health and to draw close to our Lord and Savior.
Prayer Requests from the missionaries we support:
Convoy of Hope is one of our missions partners and they are “Boots on the ground” in Jamaica after the devastating hurricane. Here are ways that Convoy of Hope would like to partner with us in prayer for this island:
Pray for those impacted by Hurricane Melissa. Pray they would lean into God, their refuge and strength, their ever-present help in trouble. Pray they would find comfort in their Savior.
Pray for the local Church. The Church has the unique opportunity to show up for their community, carry the burdens of those around them, and truly show them the love of Christ. Pray for believers in Jamaica to have endurance and courage.
Pray Jamaica recovers quickly. Pray for their local agencies, organizations, and businesses. Pray they can rebuild their infrastructure so communities have resources like hospitals, schools, and churches.
Pray for peace across the land. In the chaos of a disaster’s aftermath, supply chains are disrupted, communication lines are down, and people are just trying to make it day to day. Pray for peace among neighbors. Pray for safety for those in shelters.
Pray for Convoy of Hope and other relief organizations on the ground.Pray that we continue to reach those in need. Pray that the lack of infrastructure and roads doesn’t impede relief efforts. Pray for safety and order at distribution sites. Pray that we, too, can share the love of Christ with those in desperate need.Laura and Earl (our missionaries in South Africa) are in thier year of fundraising, so please keep them in prayer that everything will be met. Also, pray for their son and daughter-in-law as they are expecting their first child soon.
Pray for our Indonesian missionaries 1. Family: Pray for our family especially our kids Caleb and Levi. Levi has been struggling with school and getting the help he needs can be challenging here. Please pray for Caleb as he has recently started to stutter. It has come and gone over the years, but for some reason it has recently been pretty hard for him. 2. Ministry: Pray that God would increase our capacity to reach the lost. Sometimes it feels like we are just managing ministry rather than reaching the lost. 3. Health: We will travel for medical checkups in August.
We are currently waiting on visas to get into Cameroon so please continue to pray for us.
Our missionaries have prayer requests too. AGWM (Assemblies of God World Missions) post new prayer requests from missionaries around the world every Monday. If you love to pray, be sure to click the link below and pray for the needs of missionaries, regional leaders, and Pastors who are in need of a move from God and want to see their local communities changed!
